[wingide-users] Wingware 3.0alpha2 bug

Hi!

I just found that setting up wing ide 3.0alpha2 on a machine without
wingware make it fail to startup.

Seem the problem is it can't find the "preferences" and
"recent-projects" file on user application data folder. Creating them
as empty files make wingware load ok.

I've faced this problem on my Windows box. Didn't tried on linux yet.
