[wingide-users] Hidden panels should remember grippy position

Hi-

In my effort to maximize editor window space (I'm already running fullscreen 
w/ no toolbar), I dragged the collapsed panel grippies so that the tool tabs 
were completely hidden.  However if I show the panels (F1/F2) and then hide 
them (F1/F2 again), the tabs show up again.

It'd be nice if there was a way to *completely* hide the tool panels.

Wing Pro 2.1.4-2 on Ubuntu.
