Look in the manual that's in Wing's Help menu. This isn't yet on our
website. It's "OS Commands", section 3.7 in the table of contents.

Wing 3.0+ uses file name wingdebugpw instead of .wingdebugpw
You generally need to update wingdbstub.py to match the Wing version you want
to debug with.
