Hi All.
I'm trying out wing on Ubuntu 7.0.4 and am running into a glitch. First
some useful stuff:
jaime at elizabeth:~/Desktop/wingide-2.1.4-2-i386-linux$ uname -a
Linux elizabeth 2.6.20-16-generic #2 SMP Thu Jun 7 19:00:28 UTC 2007 x86_64
GNU/Linux
^^ As you can see, I'm trying to install / run 2.1.4
I install with this command:
jaime at elizabeth:~/Desktop/wingide-2.1.4-2-i386-linux$ sudo python
wing-install.py
I accept the defaults, which places files in:
/usr/local/lib/wingide2.1
When I try to run wing, I get this error ->
jaime at elizabeth:~/Desktop/wingide-2.1.4-2-i386-linux$ wing2.1
exec: 192: /usr/local/lib/wingide2.1/bin/PyCore/python: not found
But, that path does exist ->
jaime at elizabeth:~/Desktop/wingide-2.1.4-2-i386-linux$ ls -l
/usr/local/lib/wingide2.1/bin/PyCore/python
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 973416 2007-02-08 00:10
/usr/local/lib/wingide2.1/bin/PyCore/python
Any ideas?
