Unfortunately, no, although you can peek into the keymap.* file 
relevant for the key bindings you're using.  In case you didn't
see, you can set Wing to various key bindings with the User
Interface / Keyboard / Personality preference (choices include
emacs, vi/vim, visual studio, brief, and Wing's defaults).

We'll try to include tables for these in the manual in the 
future.
