	I prefer dark color schemes; white text on a black background.  I have 
my editor configured this way.  The problem is, most of the view 
continue to be white background and black text.  Like search, source 
browser, messages, etc.  This contrast on the screen is distracting.  So 
I'd like to be able to have a color scheme apply to all windows.
