[wingide-users] 3 toolbox panels + license question

Hi.
I'm considering buying Wing IDE but I couldn't find the answer
regarding GUI. Is it possible to modify interface so that is has three
(or even more) toolbox panels? Situated (for example) @left, @right
and @bottom.

I also have one question regarding licensing: if I purchase Wing IDE
Professional with Educational Discont are there any modyfications to
the license text or I can do commercial stuff too with those copies?
