[wingide-users] 3b1: VI mode issues

In 3.0.0 b1, in VI mode, using the home row cursor keys I can move to 
the character past the end of the line. VI/Vim won't let me do this.

It also lets me move from one line to the next by hitting the "left" key 
('l'). It "wraps" to the next line. VI/Vim doesn't do this.
