[wingide-users] 3b1, vi mode doesn't backup

In 3.0.0-b1, when in VI mode, after entering some text, I hit esc to get 
out of Insert mode, normal vi/vim will "backup" to the left one 
character. (Annoying, yes, but that's how it works.) Wing doesn't do 
this, it stays where it's at. Since the whole point of vi/vim is muscle 
memory, then we better emulate it as much as possible.
