Not me, but that doesn't mean much. ;-)

Can you submit a bug report from the Help menu and include the error log?
That might tell us something.

One guess I have is that it may be using the system-wide GTK rather than
the one that comes with Wing.  I'll see from your log whether you're doing
that.
