[wingide-users] Strange issue in W3

For some reason, paste (Ctrl-V) stopped working in the IDE for me.

I'm on my 3rd project with Wing 3 and this is the first time this has happened.
If I go to another editor, pasting works fine. It's only in the Wing
editor I see this issue, and it's after I have been editing for
awhile, that this happens.

Closing an restarting fixes this temporarily.
