You may need to copy over .wingdebugpw file; there are also a number of 
other things listed on 
http://www.wingware.com/doc/debug/importing-the-debugger to check.

If you're still having problems, please enable the log file in 
wingdbstub.py by setting kLogFile and send the log to support at wingware.com
