[wingide-users] How often is the update check done?

I found this line in the error-log:

"wingide - 2006/09/30 00:13:00 - General: Skipping update check --
done too recently"

It got me wondering how often the update check is done? (Yes, I know I
can do it myself anytime with Help | Check for Updates... .)
