[wingide-users] Dragging Text , Copy/Paste vs Cut/Paste

+ WingIDE documentation  says  ::

     Select a range of text and drag it using the drag and drop feature
     (pressing shift before dropping will move text rather than copy it)

+ all Editors I use (SciTE, PythonWin, OpenOffice, MS-Word, 
VisualC++, Visual Studio.Net),
   DO NOT WORK that way, they move the code without needing the shift

+ how can I configure WingIDE to work as do those common IDEs.
    I would use the (Shift-drag) to copy the text.
