To turn on Perforce integration, go into Project Properties under 
the Extensions tab and enable revision control and select 
Perforce.  This adds a menu and items to the editor context menu 
(right click) and project context menu.

You must first get Perforce working form the command line and may 
need to set some environment variables in your Project Properties 
(from the Project menu).  For example:

P4PORT=1666
P4CLIENT=yourhostname

Please let us know if you run into problems.  It looks like the 
docs specific to Perforce are basically missing (oops; will look 
at fixing that!), but there is info for CVS and Subversion here:
