Thanks! I did add that dir to a new XftConfig file in /etc/X11 (and /
Library/Fonts too), but Wing did not pick them up that way.

Strangely enough, I don't see any problems on my Macbook Pro (with
Tiger and Apple's X11 1.1) and my mousepad. Just, as I said, no
sideways scrolling.
