Our policy is to approve switches of OS on a case-by-case basis.  Please 
send your license number to support at wingware.com and we'll work things 
out privately.

Also, please keep in mind that requests like this can be sent directly 
to support at wingware.com rather than to everyone on the wingide-users list.
