Of course, ctrl-click on a - would also be nice to be interpreted as collapse-completely...

This is very minor...
Right now when you click on a folded code block (click on the plus sign), it expands one level. To expand completely, you either need to:
* right click on it and say to expand completely
* move the cursor to the relevant location and press alt-pgdown
It would be nice and convenient if ctrl-clicking on a + did a complete expansion.
