[wingide-users] Feature request: Ctrl-click shortcut for code folding's "expand completely"

This is very minor...

Right now when you click on a folded code block (click on the plus sign), it expands one level.  To expand completely, you either need to:
* right click on it and say to expand completely
* move the cursor to the relevant location and press alt-pgdown

It would be nice and convenient if ctrl-clicking on a + did a complete expansion.
