[wingide-users] 2.1 + vi + bookmarks

There's a slight problem with the new vi keybindings wrt. bookmarks in
the 2.1 beta. The default is:

'Browse-Grave': 'vi-goto-bookmark'

for jumping to an existing bookmark. Grave doesn't have it's own key on
swedish (and probably other) keyboards, making bookmark jumping
impossible. I'd like an addition of:

'Browse-Apostrophe': 'vi-goto-bookmark'

to the default vi keybindings. This matches what vim uses per default
(both ' and `).
