[wingide-users] Feature request: Make auto-scrolling of debug I/O optional

It would be very nice if one of the Options in the pulldown of the "Debug I/O" tool was to stop it from keeping the latest output on the screen and just keep the position such that what is onscreen stays onscreen.  In the event of a buffer overrun it would of course be fine to jump the view position.

This would be quite handy for printf-debugging sessions.
