Whoops... didn't see this before I sent my last.
One advantage to the script is that it gives you the context menu instead of needing to remember how to execute those commands.
And sorry - although I use it fairly frequently, I can never figure out what triggered it...

It is an elusive bug. Using the reanalyze-file command almost always
resolves the problem.
If anyone can come up with a way to reliably reproduce it, we'd love to
know about it!
