When WingIDE is in "One Window per Editor" mode, and the "Wing Tool Box" is
the active window (as indicated by the bright blue drag-bar in Windows),
then the "Print ..." command should print the currently selected tab of the
Wing Tool Box (such as the stack data). It should NOT print whatever file
was last selected (it's current behavior).

It appears that the current behavior makes it impossible to print anything
from the Wing Tool Box. This is surely not the desired or designed behavior!
