Hi,

Michael Bentley just contributed his compilation of the debugger 
for Python 2.3 on intel macs:

http://wingware.com/pub/wingide/2.0.4/bugfixes/osx-intel/dbgtracer23.so

Drop this into your Wing 2.0.4 installation to replace 
bin/2.3/src/debug/server/dbgtracer23.so and debugging should 
work.

I didn't package this as a patch since it's only for Python 2.3 
and certainly should be considered experimental.
