Actually, what I was thinking of  is-

when the cursor is on the same line as an existing bookmark, right clicking
would show
the normal context menu options, plus "Delete Bookmark", not a list of
exisiting bookmarks, because these
can be seen in the bookmark tab.

It would also be useful to highlight the bookmark in the bookmark TAB, when
the cursor is on the corresponding line in the editor window, just to help
correlate these
