Could you submit a bug report and check the box to include the error-log 
file?  Or could you mail your ~/.wingide2/error-log file to 
support at wingware.com?  We have had reports of the system gtk not working 
on 64 bit versions of Linux, but we have not had reports of the middle 
mouse button not working.

We will look into your problems with svn.
