This is fixed by patch #2 for Wing IDE 2.0.3, Tiger (OS X 10.4) option 
key fix, which is available from

   http://wingware.com/downloads/wingide/2.0.3/patches

The patch should be unpacked in either ~/.wingide2 or in the Wing IDE 
installation directory listed in the About dialog.
