[wingide-users] Patch to speed up disk search in Wing Pro 2.0.3

There's a patch available that substantially speeds up disk search in 
Wing Professional version 2.0.3.  It is patch 2.0.3p7 from here:

http://wingware.com/downloads/wingide/2.0.3/patches

This is particularly an issue for Subversion users since it also
correctly and completely omits directories like .svn when doing
the search.
