[wingide-users] Fix for search manager data loss bug

Hi,

There is a new patch available for Wing IDE 2.0.3 that fixes the 
potential for auto-closing files after a Replace operation in the 
Search Manager w/o saving the changes made to the file.  This occurred 
only in certain cases and resulted from a failure to set the editor to 
non-transient state after the replace operation modified it.

The fix is in patch 2.0.3p5 on the following page, which includes 
instructions for applying the patch:
