[wingide-users] Fix for crash when switching to emacs mode on Windows

We've released a patch that fixes a bug that would cause Wing to crash 
on Windows.  Switching to and from emacs mode in the preferences editor 
would trigger this bug, but it could potentially be triggered at other 
times as well.

The patch is available from:
     http://wingware.com/downloads/wingide/2.0.1/patches

To install, unpack it in your Wing IDE installation directory, using 
winzip, tar, or similar tool. In WinZip, make sure you leave the Use 
Folder Names option checked so that files are placed correctly in the 
hierarchy.  It will overwrite an existing file.
