[wingide-users] Contributed French Localization for Wing 2.0.4

Hi,

Encolpe Degoute contributed a French localization of the Wing IDE 
user interface (but not the documentation).  This is now 
available as patch 2.0.4-p2 from the following page:

http://wingware.com/downloads/wingide/2.0.4/patches

We're not officially maintaining this but hope it will be useful 
to some of our users.

To use it, unpack it into your Wing installation, restart Wing,
and select Francais in the Display Language preference.
