[wingide-users] Wind IDE Hangs when starting

I added wing.exe and python.exe to the Firewall while it was disabled
and was able to re-enable the Internet Security.

For the record for the mailing list:  For some reason Norton Internet 
Security caused this problem.  Wing started fine after that was 
disabled.
