Yes, under Python 2.3 (and 2.3+ only) Wing now uses zip imports.  The 
files that were in bin/2.3/opensource are now in bin/2.3/opensource.zip. 
  The files under bin needed for the 2.3 debug server are 
bin/2.3/src.zip, bin/2.3/opensource.zip, and bin/2.3/src/debug/server/*
