[wingide-users] Odd occurrence of file reload dialog

I wasn't able to reproduce with the latest code; however, on updating from 
CVS I got a popup dialog which I OKed, but then 4 more popups appeared in 
the task bar (non functional) and then cleared themselves automatically.
