[wingide-users] New scripts not detected in Wing 2.0.1

Actually, it appears that copying a new readonly file into the script 
isn't detected. 

I keep my CVS sandbox as readonly until I want to change something. So, 
after checking in changes to the script the sandbox copy is readonly. 
Copying that back to the Wing script folder isn't detected, because it is 
readonly.
