[wingide-users] New scripts not detected in Wing 2.0.1

Yes.

I think it was readonly at one point when I copied a RO version back from 
the CVS sandbox. This was edited, then when I saved I got the standard 
dialog box offering to save with another name. It must have been from that 
point on that it wouldn't detect any changes to the file.
