[wingide-users] Debug support for GTK2 mainloop

Hi,

The following patch for Wing IDE 1.1.10 adds correct handling of the GTK2
mainloop for the debugger.  This keeps Pause and breakpoint alterations
responsive while the debug process is free running:

ftp://wingide.com/pub/wingide/1.1.10/bugfixes/gtk2-hook-bugfix-1.1.10-1-all.tar

It is not needed unless you are debugging code written for GTK2.
