[wingide-users] What is this other blue line?

I've attached a png file for you to see - but with the latest version of
my (licensed) Wing IDE, I get this interesting little line. It doens't
seem to be hurting anything, but I'd like to know what it is. :>

Also, is there any way to set the Browser to Gnome's default rather than
Netscape Communicator?

Also, is there any way to set the backspace character to work like it
does in Emacs? (I.E. like shift tab does now)
