[wingide-users] wingide 1.1.8-3 Install

Hello,
I just tried to install wingide 1.1.8-3 but wasn't very successful:

     /usr/local/lib/wingide)?
Not installing binary distribution because it's already installed

after removing /usr/local/lib/wingide I got:
