[wingide-users] Problem with my license.dat file

I don't know what I've done but I might have moved the license.dat file 
around and now I don't know how to get it working again.

When I try to start Wing (Windows 1.1.9-1 no restrictions) it says:

"""
C:\Program\Wing IDE\profiles\peterbe\license.dat
-------
Unknown error
C:\Program\Wing IDE\floating-locks\license.dat
------
License file not found.
"""

The first file exists. The second doesn't. I don't even have a folder 
called "floating-locks".

What to do?
