[wingide-users] Fw: strange problem

I should mention that I am using win 2k.
BTW, when I post a message I always get:

Your mail to 'wingide-users' with the subject

    strange problem

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

    Post by non-member to a members-only list

why is that? Do I need to change my 'registered' email
address?
