[wingide-users] Wing IDE 1.1.3 bugfix: Reusing existing Wing instances

Hi,

There's a patch available for Wing IDE and Wing IDE Lite version 1.1.3
that causes Wing to reuse an existing running instance of itself to open
additional files specified on the command line or from a file browsing GUI
(like Windows Explorer) that maps .py or other files types to Wing.

This is actually a feature from version 1.2 that was backported at the
request of a user.  Please report any problems to bugs@wingide.com.
