BTW, I've run into this too; you can see it if you turn Source/Whitespace/All. A related issue is that sometimes if I copy stuff from a file saved with UNIX-ish line endings into my project on Win2k then I get a mix of CR and CRLFs which drives the Python interpreter totally bezoomny.
