[wingide-users] Circular import bug fix available

Hi,

A patch that fixes the circular import bug that causes 1.1b8 to lock up 
when analyzing certain Python files is available from our support page at:

  http://www.wingide.com/support/downloads

Unpack into your Wing installation to replace existing files.  This fixes
the lock up that Franz Geiger reported with his exceptions.py file.
