If you can send your project file to bugs@wingide.com, it might help fix this later. A work-around is to open your project file and edit the file_list area by hand. Either use another text editor or open with Wing from the File menu after you've set the gui.open-projects-as-text preference to true (by default, Wing also opens projects opened from the file menu as projects and not as text files). - Stephan
