[wingide-users] WEP: Project Manager

WingIDE Enhancement Proposal:

A *new* project is not listed under Project -> Recent when WingIDE is opened
the next time.
You need to (re)open a newly created project so that it is listed under
Project -> Recent in the Project Manager. It would be comfortable if any
project would be listed there.
