[wingide-users] Wing IDE 1.1b3-3 for Windows

Hi,

A new build of the 1.1b3 release of Wing IDE for Windows is now available.
This fixes a number of the problems people have been running into
when launching Wing IDE or the debug process on some Windows variants.

Unfortunately, we could not make a patch between 1.1b3-2 and 1.1b3-3
because some changes are in the installation process itself.  So it is
necessary to refetch the full installation:

ftp://wingide.com/pub/wingide/prerelease/1.1b3/wingide-1.1b3-3.exe

The updated CHANGELOG and related downloads are available from the 1.1b3
area in the downloads page:

http://wingide.com/support/downloads

Note that this release still depends on Python version 1.5.2 and requires
that the registry entries made by the windows installer are intact.  This
restriction will be lifted in the next beta release.
