[wingide-users] Bugfix for embedded debugging

Hi,

There is a new bug fix for Wing IDE 1.1b5 that fixes problems encountered
when debugging embedded Python scripts via wingdbstub.

For Windows:

Version 1.1b6 is coming soon but we thought we'ld release this fix as a
patch also.
