[wingide-users] Win32 wheel mouse support available

Hi,

There is now a patch for Wing 1.1b5 that provides wheel mouse support
on Windows:

It's quite large (2.7 MB) because some major libraries had to be changed.

To install it, copy to the top level of your Wing IDE 1.1b5 installation
(usually C:\Program Files\Wing IDE) and unpack it there to replace
existing files.
