[wingide-users] Editor 1.1b6: Comment out region impractical

The way how 1.1b6 does comment out region is impractical. Is there a chance
to have it as it was?

E.g.:

1.1b5:

#   if version == "1.1b5":
#      print "Comment out region is o.k."


1.1b6:

   #if version == "1.1b6":
      #print "Comment out region is impractical"
